I have dealt with Bellbrook Automotive for well over 20 years. Everything from minor work to major work. Always a great experience. Recently I was searching for new tires for my 2014 Silverado. I had called around and got a number of prices. Mike recommended a Cooper Discoverer SRX. Mine are a 20 inch wheel so they are pricey.. Mike was very competitive, got me in the next day and was the only quote that included alignment. Give them a try, you won’t be disappointed.
Had my car towed after hours on a Wednesday evening. Talked with Jenny Thursday morning and she said they would get to the car that morning just as soon as the morning appts. were taken care of. Promptly called me back about 10:30, described the problem, told me they would have to get a part and the car would be finished Friday morning. They got the part early and my car was finished Thursday afternoon. Great service and reasonable price.
We have been using Bellbrook Automotive for about 20 years for all of our automobiles. They are responsive, friendly, very knowledgeable, and most importantly TRUSTWORTHY. Now that we live in Florida, whenever we visit Ohio we ALWAYS drop off our SUV or car for needed maintenance. Bellbrook Automotive is a place where we know we can leave our car, knowing that Mike will do only what is needed done at a very reasonable cost. Mike, Ginny, and his technicians are tops---and the reason why we always take our vehicles to them.
My power steering went out and it was a struggle to get my car home. I'm so glad AAA suggested and towed my car to Bellbrook Automotive. Mike told me it could possibly take 2 days to get the part and fix my car. The next day I received a call from Jenny. The car was ready!! I appreciate how quickly the work was done and without fear of being taken advantage of.
